At NGU Central Store, a warranty period of 24 months applies to both refurbished and 2nd-hand smartphones and separate accessories. The warranty applies only to devices or accessories purchased from the NGU Central Store. The warranty on your device only applies to technical defects that occur through no fault of your own. Damages such as fall, impact or water damage are therefore not covered by the warranty. If your device has to be returned to NGU Central Store under warranty, you will not pay any return costs.

You are only eligible for our guarantee if you can prove when and exactly what product you purchased. This is possible, for example, with an invoice or a receipt. It is therefore the intention that you keep your proof of warranty properlNGU Repair
 

Return
You as a consumer are in your right to make use of a cooling-off period. If you do not like the product and you want to return it, you must take action within fourteen days of purchase. However, the product must be returned in undamaged original packaging, with proof of purchase enclosed. As soon as we have received the returned product, NGU Central Store will return the amount due to your account. The return costs are for your own account.

Always send the package insured, you will receive a track & trace code. If you provide us with this code via e-mail or chat (please state your name and order number) we can take over further care. Do not throw away the receipt from the courier service immediately, this is also a shipping confirmation that you may need later.
