What does a collaboration with NGU Repair entail?

Online request system

You will be provided with a login to our online request system. It is a personal account in which all relevant information regarding repair requests and their prices are visible.
In the online request system you will find an overview of all repairs that have been registered with your Drop-Off Point.

What do we expect from the Drop-Off Point?

Accepting and registering a repair order.
Packing the repair and confirming the shipping sticker.
(Packaging material and shipping stickers are supplied by us)
Log in to the online request system and indicate that a repair has been accepted in good order, so that we are aware of the status and can book a "pick-up".
Upon return, the consumer must take a confirmation of the notified repair and have it signed at the Drop-Off Point as a receipt. Repair status that the customer receives by mail satisfies after displaying also as verification.
